When the weather is nice, it's surfboard painting day.
The weather was nice today! That's right, a nice day like this is the perfect day to paint a surfboard. This is because the paint adheres well and dries quickly, making work go more smoothly. Spray fluorescent pink and purple in a ROCKET style. I tape the area while roughly thinking about the lines. Mask the entire bottom to prevent the spray from getting around. I use vinyl with tape, which is sold at home improvement stores. It's quick and convenient when covering large areas. When applying the tape, it will work better if you visualize the finished product. Spray the third color black all over like this. If you look closely, you'll see that it's pitch black. Once it is completely dry, slowly and carefully peel off the masking tape. We use a cutter to cut into pieces that look like they would fit the grip, creating an original piece. After that, we put on the sponsor stickers and it's complete. Everyone, please try painting your new board yourself this year!

Today's waves were big but thick and thick. So Fish Quest is on the move! Shinbo from Colors and Parabolic WCT bottom turn, who I also did a session with. The waves weren't small, but there were roll-ins and sections. Here's the back side. Shinbo also switched to ROCKET to suit the wave conditions! Great condition!! Another bottom turn. Fish Quest gives you amazing speed! Nakagawa, a fellow surf trip buddy who has been to Lombok, Mentawai, North Sumatra, Fiji and the Maldives, was also performing some relaxed turns on the RNF-Q! This photo of Shinbou proves that the ROCKET can perform full rail turns even in thick waves like this. Fish Quest is also capable of rail turns in thick areas. In Fish Quest, the new elevator wing is effective even on the roll, It's easy to climb up. Having a second board for thick waves will give you an advantage and make surfing more fun!

Nishii Personal's new "FISHQUEST" has arrived. Until now, it was just a test run and not my size. So today I took a ride in Chiba Minami. Today, the morning surf was waist-sized, The tide was rising and the waves were thick, As expected from FISHQUEST, the takeoff was quick and we were able to ride many good sets of waves without feeling the crowds. Until now, I have often used the RNFQ as my personal board in these conditions, but it looks like I will be able to use this 5'4" FISHQUEST instead. The speed of take-off is inherited from the Conquest, making it quick and perfect for small waves!

The Conquest that Mr. S reserved has finally been completed. Recently, the boards from Lost have been a little slow to arrive, which is causing inconvenience to those who are waiting for the Conquest, but please be patient for a little while longer. Currently, there is a delay in delivery, but they will be completed one after another from mid-March! Mr. K had asked a question on the bulletin board. He came to our shop despite his busy schedule. Since he was going to ride a Conquest, he wanted to customize it and add the optional planet markings. Are there any customers who would like to customize a Conquest? Now is the peak season, so it will be ready in about four months. We are a trio of female hairdresser surfers who work hard even in the middle of winter. Mr. A on the left in the photo is still riding an SD2 board with Lost paint on it. He wanted to ride a wider board, so he chose the Lost RNF, which also had a painted color.
