New YouTube release! Part 1: Introducing a new shortboard for older men from LOST! We've kept everyone waiting! The Lost Surfboard has just released a new model for 2025. A YouTube video featuring commentary and riding by "BIG RIG DRIVER" has been released. The "BIG RIG DRIVER" is a shortboard designed for older guys, with a sharp, pointed nose that allows for quick paddles and takeoffs like a fishboard or mid-length board, and then, once on the wave, moves lightly like a high-performance board, allowing for free lipping. Stockboards are also being produced one after another and are arriving at Love Surf in droves! I got to ride the new model "BIG RIG DRIVER", which is currently receiving a flood of pre-orders! I went surfing at a waist-sized beach break called Salt Creek. There was a side onshore wind and the waves were not in good condition. Even in slow sections where the waves have thickened with a quick paddle entry We continued to ride all the way to the inside. First ride on the 5'10" "BIG RIG DRIVER"! This is an amazing uncle board! I will tell only those who subscribe to this blog in advance!! I rode the new 2025 model "BIG RIG DRIVER" for the first time, and it's going great! I've been riding mostly round-nose fish-style boards lately, so this is my first high-performance point-nose board in a while, and I was a little worried about how well I'd ride it, but it paddles fast, has great maneuverability, is agile, and lets me rip like crazy. It's the perfect high-performance board for an older guy like me! A high-performance board that even people who usually ride buoyant fish boards can ride with ease! For reference, the stockboard Nishii rode this time was 5'10", which is his best size. I've ridden a 6'2" stock size before, but the 5'10" 31.75cl size is more maneuverable and The paddle is fast enough and feels right, making it the perfect match.
