4. About Shipping

4-1.Delivery company

We will send it via Sagawa Express.
Delivery to Okinawa, remote islands and some areas will be via Yamato Transport.

*Please note that we do not ship by mail as we cannot guarantee against damage, tracking or non-delivery of products.

4-2.Delivery time

You can choose the delivery time from the options below.

4-3.Shipping period

Surfboards are usually shipped within two business days after payment confirmation. However, please note that due to factors such as weather, delivery times, and the need to deliver large items, we may not be able to deliver your board on the date you request.

4-4. Delivery to a branch office or change of delivery address

If you would like to have your order delivered to a branch office, please note this in the comments section when placing your order.
You can change the delivery address before shipping. If the item has already been shipped, please contact the delivery company yourself.

4-5.Shipping to overseas destinations

We cannot ship overseas.

5. Regarding product storage during your absence

Products will be stored by the delivery company for 7 days after shipping from our shop. During that time, the delivery company will handle any redelivery requests or contact you by phone, but if we do not receive any contact from you within 7 days, the product will be returned to our shop after 7 days. In that case, we will contact you and arrange for redelivery, but please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee to our shop and the re-shipping fee.

*Due to the black color of the DOUBLE DART surfboard, the carbon fiber lines that are unique to the vacuum glassing process may look like scratches, and just like regular surfboards, scratches and fingerprints that occur during the manufacturing process may be more visible. Please rest assured that these do not affect the performance or use of the DOUBLE DART surfboard.

*Due to its popularity, some people are purchasing multiple units for the purpose of reselling, so we will be limiting the number of units purchased to one per person.

During the manufacturing process, display, packaging, and shipping, there may be some minor imperfections (especially USA products) such as a few pinholes, small scratches, hollows in the blank (foam) itself, small cross-stripes, tiny dents the size of dimples, marks that have been printed, or poor lamination, which do not affect the performance or use of the surfboard. At Love Surf, we conduct three rigorous inspections to ensure that the surfboards we sell to our customers are in good condition for normal use: 1) when they leave the factory, 2) when they arrive at the store, and 3) when they are shipped and delivered to the customer. For mail-order orders, we carefully package our products with insurance to prevent shipping accidents.

We've been thinking about this for years but never pulled the trigger. The Little Disc RNF'96 model, long the best-selling and most popular "fish" model in the world, has been lengthened, refined, and added to the LOST mid-length line-up .

It's no secret that many of us from our generation who started fishing in the mid-1990s are now in our 50s, not surfing every day, and distracted by the trials and tribulations of life.

We're growing... and our favorite boards have to grow too.

The RNF'96 KINGFISH retains all the proven design details and DNA of the RNF'96, plus:

• A gentle entry rocker makes it easy to paddle when lining up, making it easy to catch waves, and once you're in it, it provides enough glide to take you where you want to go.
• A flat deck with rounded, soft rails provides buoyancy and stability. The flat deck allows for a relatively thin structure that maintains the curves of the deck line.
• Even at their large size, they are relatively agile, flexible and generous underfoot.
A balanced outline, with just the right amount of width in the nose and tail, both of which are the same width (double ender) across all sizes, leaving plenty of center radius for turning. The tail is similar to a shortboard width, combined with a shallow swallow, allows for serious turning without feeling too "fishy."
•The bottom concave is flat up front with a single concave throughout the middle, then transitions into a double concave vee from the front fin, with the vee getting deeper and stronger towards the swallowtail.

The KING FISH is designed to ride about 6 inches longer than your favorite RNF'96, but you can simply shorten it on the smaller sizes and lengthen it on the larger sizes. With this in mind, as you go up in size, we've added tail rocker to make it easier to move around, and trimmed down the deck so that even though the board is longer, the nose and tail remain relatively thin and you won't feel like it's difficult to turn.

The recommended fin setup is the TWIN+1, the same as its predecessor, the RNF'96. The fin placement is an open sweet spot. This was tested and designed to allow you to turn even if your back foot is slightly forward, so you don't have to stand at the end of the tail like you would on a high-performance board.

ロストサーフボードを正規総代理店ラヴサーフにてUSAカスタムオーダーしませんか？

西井プロやLOSTサーフボードを熟知した専任スタッフがいるラヴサーフへ、納得するまでとことん相談して、サイズやモデルはもちろん、メイヘム本人がシェイプを行いフィニッシュする、あなたの名前とメイヘム本人のサインがボードサイズと共にフォーム内部に書き込まれた世界に１本のみの、こだわりのカスタムボードをオーダーしてみませんか？
そしてなんと言っても正規輸入ボードは全て日本へ輸入後、国内工場にて再度検品整備加工してからお客様へお届けしております。正規輸入ならではの高品質LOSTサーフボードを安心してUSAカスタムオーダーにてご購入して頂けます。

納期

オーダー申し込み確定日より、約4ヵ月を基準にして前後１ヶ月が目安です。『EPS・EPOXY素材』のボードは、約5ヵ月を基準にして前後１ヶ月が目安とさせていただいております。各素材ともオーダー時期やオーダーされたモデルの仕様やデザインの指定により、前後1～2カ月の誤差が出ることがありますので事前にご了承をお願いいたします。

通常4ヵ月間前後ぐらいですが現在混み合っており、約6ヵ月以上のお時間をいただいておりますので、お早めのカスタムオーダーをおすすめしています。

オーダーに関する注意

納期のお問い合わせを頂いても、ボードが出来上がり、輸入税関検査後でないと確実な納期の確定のご返事ができませんことを予めご了承ください。

USA製作はカスタム商品の特性上、完成後作り間違いなどにより、再制作になる場合などもございますので、予定納期の遅れについてのクレームは一切お受けできませんので事前にご了承をお願いいたします。

オーダー用紙にご注文する内容をご記入し、お客様ご確認後に代金をお支払い頂いた時点で「オーダー確定」とさせていただきます。

「オーダー確定」後のサイズやモデルオーダー等の注文の内容変更はできませんので、お客様は、オーダー用紙に記入されている注文の明細を必ず再度ご確認の上、オーダーを確定しお支払いを完了してください。

1. まずはご連絡ください

まずは『サーフボードオーダーをご希望』ということをお知らせください。
お電話（03-3732-5532）または、お問い合わせフォームからお名前や、ご連絡先をご連絡ください。

2. ヒアリング

現在お使いのボードや、サーフボードオーダーに必要なお客様のデーター等を詳しく、お聞きさせていただきます。

3. サイズとモデルの決定

ボードのサイズやモデルを、西井プロや専任スタッフにご相談の上、確定してください。

4. オーダーの確定

オーダー用紙にご注文する内容をご記入し、お客様ご確認後に代金をお支払い頂いた時点で「オーダー確定」とさせていただきます。
オーダーを確定しお支払いを完了してください。
お支払い方法は、銀行振込やクレジットカードもご利用して頂けます。

5. 商品のお渡し

あとは、オーダーしていただいたサーフボードが出来上がるのをお待ち頂くだけです。できあがりまで楽しみにお待ち下さい。
