These photos were taken last week when Nishii was on a trip to Indonesia. The waves were barreling at a followable right break called GT Point. It's hard to ride such hollow waves in Japan, so I was so excited to experience barrel wave conditions for the first time in a while that I ended up surfing for six hours that day. The kids were light and quick to take off, so they were hitting barrels one after another. Nishii, 59, is slow-moving, so he struggled to take off at first, but after a few rides he got used to the waves. "BIG RIG DRIVER" High buoyancy helps you to stand up quickly from the easy paddle. The performance was great for an older guy like me, and I was able to hit several barrels without any pearling. After all, the "BIG RIG DRIVER" can run on small, weak waves in Japan, It's reliable because it takes off quickly even in the deep waves of India. Mr. A, LOST's "BIG RIG DRIVER" LIGHT SPEED2 was chosen. He had been considering POLY's "BIG RIG DRIVER" as a board to ride when the waves are small at his home spot, but when he heard that the new version, LIGHT SPEED, was going to be released, he was eagerly awaiting its release. Although only a small quantity was available, he was able to get his desired 5'10" size, and looked very happy throughout the ride, looking forward to going to the ocean. Mr. B, He chose LOST's "BIG RIG DRIVER" LIGHT SPEED 2. He purchased the BIG RIG DRIVER from POLY shortly after it was released, and was so impressed with it that he purchased another one in the same 6'4" size. After that, LIGHT SPEED2 technology was announced, and he wanted to try that out as well. When he was considering which model to try, he chose the same third BIG RIG DRIVER with LIGHT SPEED2, as it is his favorite model because it is easy to ride and maneuver. Mr. C said, He chose LOST's "BIG RIG DRIVER" LIGHT SPEED 2. He is a veteran surfer who currently uses the "RNF'96". This time, he placed more emphasis on performance when choosing a model, and decided on the new model "BIG RIG DRIVER" which he can ride without ignoring. He already owns a "LIGHT SPEED" surfboard, so he is looking forward to comparing the new and improved performance of the "LIGHT SPEED2". Mr. D, LOST's "BIG RIG DRIVER" chose LIGHT SPEED2. He's a veteran surfer who currently rides mid-length and retro fishboards depending on the conditions. He came to Love Surf to check out the 2025 hottest performance model, the "BIG RIG DRIVER." After watching Nishii's YouTube video, he decided he wanted to ride a thruster surfboard again. After discussing various options, he decided to go down one size from his original POLYESTER and upgrade to the "LIGHT SPEED2," which is ultra-lightweight, responsive to the rider's input, and highly maneuverable. Mr. E, LOST's "BIG RIG DRIVER" chose LIGHT SPEED2. He recently purchased a LOST "BIG RIG DRIVER" made of POLYESTER, made in Japan quality, and it was working really well. He then found out that a new "BIG RIG DRIVER" made of LOST's original EPS material, "LIGHT SPEED2," had been released, and couldn't resist coming to Love Surf to see it in person. I think it's because the board is perfect for older guys to ride comfortably. Mayhem is 6'10" 47.6CL round tail "Big Rig Driver" Pete is the same size It's a 6'10" 47.6CL round tail "Big Rig Driver". A surfboard that is currently very popular among older surfers! Good evening everyone. This is Nishii from Love Surf. I'm happy to announce that a new YouTube video has been released. In this video, 41-year-old pro surfer Masato Watanabe demonstrates his riding of the "BIG RIG DRIVER," a board designed and developed for middle-aged surfers by Mayhem of Lost, the world's number one high-performance board shaper who used to ride Balibar shortboards in his youth but is now extremely popular among older surfers. He's riding the "BIG RIG DRIVER" in difficult, sloppy waves that make you forget you want to surf. In this YouTube video, he rides three boards: a 6'2" Polyester board, a 5'10" Lightspeed board, and a 5'10" Black Sheepbilt board. The waves were really bad that day, but the "BIG RIG DRIVER" carried professional surfer Masato Watanabe as he raced through the waves. The waves have increased in size at Trestles in San Clemente, California. The other day, Nishii custom ordered a 5'9" size downscaled to the 5'9" size. I rode the "BIG RIG DRIVER" POLY. I usually ride a 5'10" size, so this is one size smaller, so the takeoff is obviously faster with the 5'10" size. The 5'9" 30.15CL made takeoff and paddling less easy. First impression, The 5'9" is short and has good movement, but the speed and ease of takeoff depend on the length. And I feel like there's less driving. I felt that my usual 5'10" size was better than the 5'9" size. We would recommend choosing the largest possible size of the "BIG RIG DRIVER." This will allow you to enjoy the performance of the BIG RIG DRIVER to the fullest. The next board that Nishii needs after his favorite model, the RNF'96, is the BIG RIG DRIVER. The "BIG RIG DRIVER" model Lost Original has completed the "Double Dart" specification with a full carbon deck and bottom. We are currently conducting a test ride. The "BIG RIG DRIVER" allows you to ride with the ease of handling that is unique to the "Double Dirt", and Nishii is completely captivated by this "BIG RIG DRIVER" double dirt specification. I'm also planning to take a trip to Indonesia with "BIG RIG DRIVER" I'm thinking of choosing one of the four materials and taking this board with me, I'm thinking about what materials to bring. Introducing Nishii's new board. It's a 5'9" "BIG RIG DRIVER" 30.15cl POLY. You may have seen this "BIG RIG DRIVER" model on YouTube, but it's an incredibly well-designed board for an old guy like me, so I ride it a lot with all kinds of technology, but I had it custom-made in a 5'9" size, which is smaller than the 5'10" size that Nishii usually rides. Although I recommend riding a larger board for big drivers, the shape design is so good that I wanted to try it with less buoyancy and an inch shorter length, so I had a custom order made.
