Introducing Nishii's new board. It's a 5'9" "BIG RIG DRIVER" 30.15cl POLY. You may have seen this "BIG RIG DRIVER" model on YouTube, but it's an incredibly well-designed board for an old guy like me, so I ride it a lot with all kinds of technology, but I had it custom-made in a 5'9" size, which is smaller than the 5'10" size that Nishii usually rides. Although I recommend riding a larger board for big drivers, the shape design is so good that I wanted to try it with less buoyancy and an inch shorter length, so I had a custom order made. Mr. A, LOST "BIG RIG DRIVER" Polyester Made in Japan Quality was chosen. I'm using a 6'8" fishboard, but the rocker on that board is low and the response to movement isn't very good. For his next board, he was looking for one that would take off quickly and move well. He had seen Luvsurf on YouTube and came to see it in person. He liked the shape of the high-performance board, which has buoyancy in places that are not immediately obvious, and looked cool, so he purchased the 6'4" size. Mr. B, LOST "BIG RIG DRIVER" Polyester Made in Japan Quality was chosen. He started surfing as a teenager, but had a break from it for a while. He wasn't sure which board was right for him, so he tried out nearly 10 different boards. He eventually found the perfect size for himself, and purchased the BIG RIG DRIVER. His previous boards didn't have any information on CL values, and due to weight changes and a break from surfing, he tried out boards with larger dimensions. Once he found his perfect size, he tried the longer DRIVER 3.0, and felt the quick turns he'd experienced in his performance boards in the past. The Sub Driver 3.0 felt incredibly fast and sharp, I could turn hard on any part of the wave, big small steep mushy left or right.
