A board that will improve your surfing! LOST's "CARBON WRAP" custom orders are very popular! Mason also rides the intense Hawaiian waves. Nishii, who is also a flight attendant, brought back a BABY BUGGY that she had just purchased about a month ago and is now riding it in Japan. Check out these photos of the LOST "CARBON WRAP" surfboard being manufactured. You can see how much time and effort it takes. Carbon is attached in designated locations and then carefully wrapped from the bottom to the deck. We use special, secret techniques to ensure that no unevenness occurs. The resin is also carefully poured over the carbon line in this way, Use a spatula to squeeze the epoxy resin as if pasting it, then drop the resin so that it is flat. The deck is made with the highest quality, strongest X-Cloth material, which means it won't easily develop dents like POLY! The strength is also incomparable to POLY, The flex performance is outstanding and it bounces the strongest among other materials. Not only competition models, but also thicker boards such as the Diablo series, This new technology is perfect for those who want to achieve higher performance in surfing. LOST's "CARBON WRAP" surfboard is super bouncy! Custom orders take approximately 3-4 months to be delivered, and we are currently accepting orders! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=33746 Click here for more details. I had just surfed in the cold Sea of Japan for an interview with STJ magazine the other day, Masato is surprised by the unusually warm water temperature in southern Chiba. The board model and dimensions (size) Because it's the same as always I got on and did an air reverse from the first run, It didn't take me long to get used to it and it seemed to work well. Learn moreLOST "CHOPPER" limited shaped board now in stock!
Noseless or surf skates are popular surfboards these days, but did you know that LOST tested and sold them over 10 years ago? It was released as a "SURF SKATE" model by PLACEBO in 2006, and Nishii even took the 4'10" with him on a board trip to the Maldives in April 2006 to cover the experience. When I asked Mayhem if I wanted the latest version of this noseless surfboard, they came up with this unusual board with a cool ROCKET nose and tail. This is an excellent board that demonstrates Mayhem's own shaping techniques accumulated over the past 10 years. We will be stocking 10 of these limited edition special shapes early in the new year! FCSII5FINS/Clear Poly! (JPY150,000+tax) What's more, this special board is based on the Mayhem model. It's "DOS-DIABLO" ! That's why this noseless board is so easy to ride! Mayhem wrote the name "CHOPPER" on the board. Nishii had been secretly test riding the CHOPPER in Japan, This is also interesting!! I won't say too much about it because I want people who own and ride it to be amazed, but it's amazing how even older men who have gained weight or are a little less physically fit can ride it easily! The unique movement and gliding sensation of a noseless board is now even more "easy" ! It's Mayhem after all! Learn moreWe will explain how to properly apply "FU WAX" for winter use.
In a small factory in Brazil, It is a secret recipe that only FU can make, and is 100% handmade, carefully mixed and produced over and over again, taking time and effort. For several months, the products are shipped to Japan and used by highly discerning surfers who don't compromise on surfing goods. We will explain how to properly apply "FU WAX" for winter use. *To create the base, first apply "BASE". The Nishii method involves carefully applying the FU WAX without leaving any gaps, as if painting a picture, by pressing the FU WAX horizontally from the stringer to the rail for about 20 to 25 cm. Once you have painted the entire board, paint another 20-25cm lengthwise in the same way. Apply "FU WAX" by pressing it down. If you have been riding a POLY board for a long time, it will have many dents and bumps, so if you try to smooth out those dents with FU WAX , there will be some areas that are not covered, so it is better to make the edges a little sharper as shown in the photo so that the FU WAX can get into the dents as well. This is the amount of "BASE" used after applying it vertically and horizontally. Apply approximately 1/4 to 1/5 of the amount to a standard shortboard. This is just the right amount. *As a mid-coat, Apply "COOL" on top of "BASE". Apply it more thinly than when you applied "BASE", carefully and carefully, leaving no gaps, as if you were coloring a picture, pressing down about 20-25cm vertically and 20-25cm horizontally to ensure no areas are left unpainted. *As a top coat, Apply a very thin coat of "COLD" in the same way. Apply it carefully and thinly in both vertical and horizontal directions without leaving any areas uncoated to achieve a perfect grip. We recommend a mix of all three! The finished surface will look like this. Unlike other surf waxes, you need to apply it carefully to get it to look like this. Just by looking at it, it looks like it will have incredible grip! Unlike previous waxes that only grip horizontally, FU WAX does not require you to create bumps to grip left and right. "FU WAX" is a "3D surf wax" that grips and tucks not only left and right, but also upwards, so be sure to apply it carefully and skillfully so that no areas are left uncoated. I often see people applying wax only to the front of their board, leaving the top of their deck grips unapplied, but in surfing you can ride on the unapplied parts, so be sure to apply wax to the entire board, including the nose. Applying wax all the way to the nose keeps your hands from slipping, so when you're waiting for a wave and moving to catch it, you can move quickly, and there's a big difference between having wax applied and not applying it, allowing you to move better! Please refer to the PRO board to see where the wax is applied. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/store/11847/ Purchase "FU WAX" here!
