Good news for everyone: You can now choose the color of your FCSII plugs!

Today's LOWER starts offshore. The size still leaves plenty of overhead. The board I rode was smaller than yesterday, Onshore, to run through the thick section of the waves, LOST "DOS-DIABLO". It's a shortboard with a pointed nose and squash tail. This board is wide, thick, and has buoyancy, so it moves forward without any effort. The design makes surfing much easier than the LOST SUB-BUGGY-JP that I was riding until yesterday. Today I have some good news for you all. You can now choose the color of the FCSII plug. Until now, only FCS team riders have been able to use it. Now it is finally available for everyone to use. This is the "original" color that many people are already using. This is what it looks like before you attach it to the board. Once installed on the board it looks like this: We would like to inform you that there are three additional colors available. These are "Orange," "Blue," and "Yellow." "Orange" and "Yellow" are beautiful neon colors and are recommended. When ordering a custom LOST surfboard, please let us know your preference from the four colors available! (Please note that in rare cases, if the item is out of stock, a different color may be used.) We have some exciting news for you today. You can now choose the color of the FCS II plug. Until now, it was only available to FCS team riders, but now it's finally available to everyone. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=31134 Posted by Luvsurf on May 8, 2015

Introducing the new store of MAYHEM's surf shop, Catalyst.

There are still some sizes left in LOWER. It's a double-sized set wave that breaks far offshore. I changed my fins yesterday and am feeling even better. I rode a 5'8" SUB-BUGGY-JP. Masato also writes about him on this blog. http://masatoyukawa.com/?p=5808 You can see it, but I'm riding my SUB-BUGGY well, For Nishii, who is more than twice his age , the SUB-BUGGY-JP model is a better fit because it has more volume. Today we'd like to introduce you to the new store of MAYHEM's surf shop, Catalyst. The racks where the boards are lined up are also two stories high. This is because American tenants have high ceilings. This is what the entrance looks like from inside the store. The fin display is also beautiful with LEDs. They also sell AUROLA FIN. There's a big screen. There is also a wide selection of skateboards. There's also Girls Connor. The floor is finished with Resin Works! This is what it looks like from the entrance. Of course, LOST Clothing has the best selection in the world. Since California is a sunny place, the sunglasses section is located in a prime location. Beach sandals are a must-have in California, even in winter. The old store is still open, but it is scheduled to close in a few months. Apparently they just opened a new store. It's part of the counter. Yes, there is! "SYCK TRIX" is the perfect surfer to practice Air in their room. This shop, Catalyst, has original T-shirts. Luvsurf is the only authorized retailer in Japan. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/store/31806/ http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/store/31799/ http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/store/31793/ Of course, you can also purchase it from this web store. Please take a look! This shop sells original Catalyst T-shirts, and Luvsurf is the only store in Japan that officially sells them. Posted by Luvsurf on May 7, 2015

Fins are a very important part of surfing.

Today's LOWER. It was smaller than yesterday, but the SET was over double. The board I rode was a LOST 5'8" SUB-BUGGY-JP POLYESTER. I changed the two QUAD front fins that I had previously installed from size S to size M KA fins , and the two back fins from size S to size M Perfomer fins , and set the fins up to be more sizing and driveable. Just by changing the four fins, the board becomes firmer and more stable for riding. I was able to make bigger turns and go faster than with smaller fins. If you want to ride a board you are familiar with in larger waves, try using larger fins. Fins are a very important part of surfing. This is a surfboard rack from LOST USA. The racks were filled with boards delivered from each glass shop yesterday, Monday. The staff were very busy inspecting and shipping the products. In the foreground there are also used boards used by team riders and pros. This is the new 2015 release that just arrived! LOST traction and LOST leash cord! It will soon be available for purchase at Luvsurf in Japan, so stay tuned! If you want to ride a board you are familiar with in larger waves, try using larger fins. Fins are a very important part of surfing. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=31090 Posted by Luvsurf on May 6, 2015

I achieved my personal best speed measured by my GPS smartwatch! It was 38.6km.

When I digitized my surfing records using a GPS surf watch, I got something like this: From the release date of November 11, 2014 to the date of use of April 30, 2015, This data is from approximately six months, or 172 days. *Number of days surfed: 74 *Number of rounds: 85 *Longest ride: 422m (Rincon, California) *Total number of rides: 2022 *Maximum speed 35.6km (Chitose, Chiba Minami) *Distance traveled: 739.8 km (Paddle & Ride) From Tokyo, across Osaka and Kobe, to just before Okayama, or from Tokyo to just before Aomori (surprise) *Time spent surfing: 8 days, 0 hours, 8 minutes (lol) Today the size has increased again from yesterday, I went surfing at LOWER, which is over 10 feet high according to SURFLINE (wave information). If you catch a right wave and a set comes in, you won't be able to get out, so I went up to the beach many times and surfed around the left current. The board I rode was a PLACEBO 5'8" CQ-EL-DIABLO FLEXLITE-CANDY. It's not specifically for big waves and it's short, but I wanted to test out the excellent all-around capabilities of this model. I caught a bigger wave than I expected, and my paddle caught up with the speed of the big wave, so I was able to surf. There was also a grab rail for dolphin-through, which was nice. Yesterday, I was riding the LOST "ROUND UP" model and got hit by the overhead soup many times. My hands were blown away from the rail. Today's dolphin was even bigger, and thanks to the grab rail I couldn't let go of it even once. To further enhance the effectiveness of the grab rail, apply a thin layer of FU WAX that is appropriate for the water temperature. It improves grip, so be sure to apply it when surfing on big waves. And this is today! Achieved my personal best speed measured by a GPS smartwatch! It is 38.6km. Today I updated my record of 35.6km, which I mentioned at the beginning. So, I want to tell you all that I updated my record from yesterday and today. Both boards are "CONQUEST EL-DIABLO". The record up until yesterday was LOST 5'8" 『CONQUEST EL-DIABLO』 POLYESTER Today's record is PLACEBO 5'8" CONQUEST EL-DIABLO FLEXLITE-CANDY . Today the waves were big and the swell speed was fast, so the record was broken, LOST: I think the speed would have been even faster if it had been "DOS-DIABLO." So, if you want to keep a record of your daily surfing, use this GPS smart watch designed specifically for surfing. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/.../itemgenre/tide-watch-c.../rip-curl/ This is definitely a smartwatch for surfers better than the Apple Watch! I achieved my personal best speed measured by a GPS smartwatch! It was 38.6km. If you want to keep a record of your daily surfing, try this GPS smartwatch designed specifically for surfing. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/... Posted by Luvsurf on May 5, 2015

I rode Lost's new big wave model, the ROUND UP.

Today, the size has increased dramatically at LOWERS. I rode LOST's new big wave model , "ROUND UP." Compare the waves to the two-story building of the OAKELY PRO, which was held until yesterday. The size increased so much the day after the contest. Masaki, who has been surfing at LOWERS for over 30 years, said the waves are coming up. I had heard reliable information, but after the "ROUND UP" board was completed, I just couldn't find any waves big enough. I got it ready last night by putting on stickers and attaching fins. The rails are thinner than the previous "ROCK-UP" and the speed is The rails were in the waves so it was easy to turn. The tail shape is also round, Even if the waves are hollow, the tail doesn't roll up, I was able to control it easily. The board has just the right amount of volume, and the takeoff is quick. This has become Nishii's top recommended model for older men looking for big waves. When I go on a surf trip overseas or when the waves are big from a typhoon, the board I usually ride is too short, I couldn't keep up with the speed of the waves and couldn't take off. Highly recommended for those who don't want to end up disappointed! The board size of Nishii's "ROUND UP" model is 6'0". It has the same width and thickness as the standard sizes listed on this special page. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/models/lost/round-up/round-up Nishii's current regular board size is 5'8", which is 4 inches longer. What size would you all like? I rode LOST's new big wave model, "ROUND UP." I recommend this board to anyone who wants to avoid the frustration of not being able to take off on big waves during overseas surf trips or typhoon-related big waves because their regular board is too short! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=31065 Posted by Luvsurf on May 4, 2015

Final Day Report: OAKLEY LOWERS PRO 2015

Final Day Report: OAKLEY LOWERS PRO 2015 It was Saturday and the waves were getting bigger, so the contest venue was packed with spectators. The WEB LIVE and photos do not allow you to feel the atmosphere of the players and spectators on-site. What's trending in the world's cutting-edge scenes? Watching the game in person is very educational as you get to see new things. At the event venue, you can get free natural juice, They gave us pasta chips, which are like Italian rice crackers, There are even acai bowl shops. This is Michael Rodriguez, and the board he is riding is the DRIVER model. Unfortunately, they were eliminated in round four. I had some good surfing On this last ride, he could have made a frontside air reverse and turned the game around, but We couldn't increase our score and couldn't make a comeback. If Nishii can catch a good wave today, he will have a high point. I focused on filming the riding in the regular direction. In between heats, I rode about 10 races at the neighboring Middles. The board I used was the LOST ``SUB-BUGGY-JP'', which was in good condition again yesterday. There was an exhibition featuring OAKLEY team surfers and invited surfers such as Tom Curren and a 12-year-old kid surfer. Of course, KOLOHE from the OAKLEY team was there too. But the board broke in half, The broken board I gave it to the kids. He won the first round in the first heat by landing three air reverses on one wave. The CT player who scored 9.87 points was Filipe Trade from Brazil. Recently, his physical abilities have become even more impressive, and he has been doing a lot of training. Some of you may have seen it live, but the moment he landed those three air reverses in the first round, He was one of the favorites to win and was surfing with confidence, and he's also a famous FU WAXER . Final Day Report: Flipe Trade, winner of the Oakley Lowers Pro 2015, is also a famous FU Waxer. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=31038 Posted by Luvsurf on May 3, 2015

To date, two riders have won on the LOST MAYHEM board. French goofy footer "Joan Dru" He has a big body and a good surfing line. It's big and the air is great. But unfortunately, they were eliminated in the fourth round. I'm very disappointed that Kolohe lost yesterday. The riders who ride the LOST MAYHEM board are still winning today. Brazil's Michael Rodrigues will compete in Heat 8 of Round 4 tomorrow. Nishii rode the SUB-BUGGY-JP in between filming. When I was watching the athletes' incredible high performance surfing, Because I wanted to ride this model. The buoyancy is sufficient at 5'8" size, Since you can ride in QUAD, it is hard to get caught on the rails. I had a great time surfing. As soon as the contest ended, Mayhem came. I've finally finished my Shape work, He appeared excited, saying he was going to go surfing for the first time in a while. Kolohe also Wiggory, too. We'll be ready to practice even before the contest ends. WCT surfers never miss a practice, no matter what the waves are like. Well, I'll report back tomorrow.
