Takao's second Placebo 5'0" surf skateboard is already finished being painted. It's a great job, so I'm posting it on my blog. This is an original custom color design that beautifully combines a black and white checkered pattern with Precebo art. I can just imagine riding this board around Yuigahama with a quick takeoff and riding the waves! No matter how fast this surfskate takes off, you can't monopolize the waves, surfskate riders!

Rusty's President, Mr. Miguchi, also stopped by from Osaka. Akee Maeda, a member of Shizuoka's Aero Family, is also trying out the Flex. Mr. Sone, a senior surfer, was full of energy and said that there would be good waves tomorrow. Mr. Sugaya from Murasaki Sports Fujisawa store is always energetic and famous as the man who sells the most presso bikes in the world. He rides his AC5'8" all the time. Mr. Morita, a buyer at Murasaki Sports, asked us to hold a test drive event. The two mysterious beauties are Toyo and Ando from IPGI. Honjo, a professional surfer who joined me on the recent Lombok trip, is also active as a shaper, so he was checking out the latest parabolic boards. Mr. Taikai from Chiba has a very beautiful wife who is originally from Ota Ward. The person on the right side of the photo is Ken Koshigoe, a new JPSA director. He is a very pleasant person. Aeroquip's president, Mr. Hoshi, was riding on the bottom of the Presebo and smoothly made a cross step. FCS will be releasing fins with innovative designs. Its name is C-DRIVE. The base holds the turn, and the top is slim, so it's designed to have a loose movement. It's expected to be released this summer. It looks like it's going to have some interesting movements! Apparently they are also developing new fin plugs, which are grey and made of a resilient material that should be able to absorb some of the impact and prevent breakage.
