Lost & Placebo retailer, Moonrise Garage and I went to help out at a joint surfing contest with Cobra. It was raining, but the waves were overhead, which was great. Thanks to all the participants, organizers and judges for your hard work. We also held a Lost & Precebo test drive event and came to help out. Rider Hiroki test drove the Lost, Firewire and Stealth.

WCT event PIPELINE Chris Ward came in 2nd! Kelly won. Andy, current World No. 2 Bede Durbidge, etc. Win against strong opponents, Chris Ward took second place! Chris Ward's score is almost the same as a perfect 20. He also commented that what made him happiest was when someone said, "Ward is the best in the world" in heavy waves. Apparently he used a 6'6" semi-gun. Mayhem can shape some truly amazing boards, from small Japanese waves to Hawaiian guns. You have talent! This board was recently discovered by Nishii while he was visiting Lost in California. Apparently this is one of the boards that Ward introduced as his Hawaii boards. Ward flew the board from Hawaii to California. I returned to San Clemente for three hours just to pick up my board. I quickly returned home and the next day I got 19.90 points!!

Today is my last day in California so I got up early. As I walk through the darkness, By the time we got to the beach, A beautiful sunrise. The Santana Window is an offshore wind that blows from the desert. It's going to be a hot day with a predicted temperature of 28 degrees. Now I'm packing my bags and heading to LA airport to fly home.

Today, on FISHQUEST-AIR, I set up the AUROLA 5.1+4.2 QUAD and started shooting at UPPERS. The waves were this size, but they were gentle sideshore coming from the left. On the way back, I passed Andy from Lost and Freddie from Presebo. In the afternoon we went to Lost Surfboard Factory. Mayhem shapes the F-1 of the share, I was shaping a Fish Quest XTR. This is the first time we've seen him. He's Mayhem's younger brother, and he's in charge of setting up the machine cuts. This is the newly completed Gokin Hydroflex. Ward was also riding this Hydroflex at the Brazilian event. The team riders seem to really like this new material. The city of San Clemente on a beautiful, clear evening. Last night was at the Mayhem house with Shinbo-san and Daisuke. We were treated to Mayhem's home-cooked meal. San Clemente also has beautiful Christmas decorations.

Today's trestle waves. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the point. When we got to the beach, the wind started to blow from the left. Today in F1, Equipped with AUROLA 4.5 fins. Mayhem appears with a stealth FIREWIRE. I'm participating in the photo shoot. This stealth is painted fluorescent yellow, You can tell wherever you are. The people talking to Mayhem are a real estate agent from San Clemente and his son. Both parents and children were riding Stealth. In the afternoon, I went to the XTR Factory. This is a box that keeps the temperature constant to harden the resin. We are producing XTR regular form. At the donut shop I bought a bunch of coffee and fresh donuts, To TEE Street Point, a surfing dojo in San Clemente, Meeting with Kolohe, I filmed Kolohe/Stealth riding. Kolohe Stealth is 5'5". Mayhem came to see it too. He easily caught a wave with just two paddle strokes and surfed freely. He has the perfect sense to represent California at this time. After that, I went to surf at Lower Trestle. There was a bit of wind in the waves, so FISHQUEST AIR looked good, I took some photos in an F1 car that I haven't driven yet. When you take a long ride and land on the inside, I got stung by a stingray and that was the end of the day.
