A world first! With suspension! Mason Ho rides the RNF-RETRO C4!
The other day, Nishii went to the WAVE pool "BSR Cable Park" in Texas. This is the board that Mason Ho chose for the team photo session! The world's first surfboard with suspension!The RNF-RETRO C4 ! Mason Ho has been riding since he switched tothe RNF-RETRO C4 . He looked to be in good shape and had some incredibly high airs! The C4 is made of EPS foam, so it has a strong rebound, and the suspension function works from the first turn after takeoff. Because it gives you more speed, it's also suitable for airing in short pool waves. It flew so high even on the backside! The " RNF-RETRO " model itself is a great model, So C4 material is more suitable for air surfers! Nishii has been testing the DIABLO-X C4 since 2017, I've been told that when I ride a C4, it's obvious just by looking at it that my board is not normal. You can feel the difference while riding, but I remember being impressed that the material is so amazing that it can be conveyed to those just looking at it. Kolohe is holding a board called "MAYSYM," which is currently being developed by Mayhem and has an asymmetrical tail. Kolohe showed it to me and it was 5'6" long. He landed this air right from the very first jump! I gradually tried out various maneuvers to check the board's movement. Dino, the dad, shows off his carving skills, making the most of his huge body and producing huge spray! She also had sharp lips that you wouldn't expect from such a huge body! By the end of the two-hour session, I was pushing hard but I was used to it and didn't wipe out. I also enjoyed standing in a parallel stance like this. He said it was his first time riding a board with an asymmetrical tail, but he could feel the difference in the shape of the tail and it felt good.
