If you haven't tried a PLACEBO surfboard yet, we highly recommend you give it a try.

This morning at dawn, I went to Huntington Beach. I went to film Chucky's final bachelor session, as he's getting married this weekend. He won't be able to surf from tomorrow because he'll be preparing for the wedding. The waves in California seem smaller than yesterday. "Chucky" looked at the waves and chose the PLACEBO 5'8" "CQ EL-DIABLO" FLEXLITE-CANDY! A customary pose with the Huntington Beach Pier in the background! Nishii was in much better shape than expected yesterday. PLACEBO 5'8" 『RNF-EVOLUTION』FLEXLITE-BOOST. I rode the masterpiece "RNF-EVOLUTION" model. It really is a masterpiece!

It's been a while since I rode Mayhem's masterpiece, the RNF-EVOLUTION model. This morning I went to UPPERS to take some surf photos. The conditions were unusually flat for California. The biggest set of knee-high waves that sometimes comes is this waist-sized, Nishii rode the waves according to the conditions for the first time in a while. PLACEBO 5'8" 『RNF-EVOLUTION』 FLEXLITE-BOOST model The round nose allows for a front-loaded takeoff paddle, allowing for quick lifting from swells. The turns were driven and I gained speed and was able to surf a big, clean line. Even with waves this high, about ankle to knee-high, the speed just keeps increasing. We were able to capture footage that shows how well suited it is for small waves. I returned to the Luvsurf USA office and immediately checked the footage. The ability to drive in knee-high waves is truly a masterpiece. The monitor screen shows Chucky from the recent NEW PORT BEACH. This is Andy, the manager of the LOST surfboard warehouse. I asked for the 2015 LOST traction and leash cord. This is Doug, a staff member at the LOST surfboard warehouse. He's good at surfing like a pro. LOWERS will be holding the "Oakley LOWERS PRO 2015" event starting tomorrow. is ready. The forecast is for the waves to be weak during this period, so it looks like players who are good at small waves will win. I'll report back tomorrow! The occasional maximum set in the knee-high waves was waist-high, but Nishii chose the PLACEBO 5'8" RNF-EVOLUTION FLEXLITE-BOOST model for the first time in a while, choosing it based on the conditions. The rounded nose allows for front-loaded takeoff... Posted by Luvsurf on April 28, 2015

The versatile PLACEBO CQ EL-DIABLO model handled the side-onshore waves well.

I went surfing at T-street this morning. The effects of the side onshore wind that blew yesterday are still lingering, As time passed, the side onshore wind started blowing again. Unfortunately it wasn't in good condition, At times like these, the versatile PLACEBO "CQ EL-DIABLO" FLEXLITE-CANDY model works well. It even handled side-onshore waves. The wind was getting stronger and stronger, so we went to look at other good spots. A big WSA contest was being held at Salt Creek. In this way, in California, especially in the San Clemente area, There's a surfing contest going on somewhere every weekend. It's a great environment where families can spend weekends participating in surf contests. LOWERS looked like this. For next week's contest, It looks like a lot of CT surfers, including Kelly, are set to participate. These are the PLACEBO surfboards waiting to be used every day. I hope the wind will die down tomorrow. The versatile PLACEBO CQ EL-DIABLO FLEXLITE-CANDY model handled the waves well, especially in side-onshore waves. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=30920 Posted by Luvsurf on April 27, 2015

Congratulations to Kei! He's been selected as the NSSA Annual Grand Champion!

I went to see the "FISH BOWL" contest hosted by Nate Illemans in partnership with O'Neill at Riviera Beach Break in San Clemente. Nate invites professional surfers and kids to team up and compete in a contest until the final. For kids surfers who are working hard in competitions, this is a dream contest event where they can interact with the professionals they admire. Kei had just finished one heat at another location, UPPER, and came to watch. They sponsor Kei, and they also have all-you-can-eat BANZAI BOWL, a delicious acai bowl restaurant that is famous among surfers. Professional surfers signed posters, A band with a vocalist about the same age as the kids came and gave a mini concert, A lot of people from San Clemente that I always meet at the beach were there. Mayhem was also there and enjoyed the event. Due to Kay's influence, most kids surfers are riding V2-SB models. On the beach, you can see the boards of the pros placed nearby like this, This is an event where you can enjoy looking at boards and talking with professionals. Kolohe seems to be the envy of all kid surfers. Professional surfers wear swimming caps with a fish logo like this one. The heat board is also hand-drawn and looks like this. The beach is full of pro surfers, kid surfers and people who come to watch. I was surprised to see that most people were using LOST MAYHEM boards. This confirms the popularity of the LOST MAYHEM board. This is a board by Ian Walsh, who excels in big waves. Mason Ho, who is seriously aiming to make it into the CT this year, also appeared. Mason was riding a board with two carbon bars. I'm riding an EPS board with two carbon fibers that are currently under development. Luke Davies and Kolohe Andino's small wave surfing was amazing. The winners were Ian and Hogan. Kolohe pours chocolate milk on Hogan, not champagne. I would like to hold a fun contest in Japan that would bring a smile to the faces of people attending events like this. After that, Nishii hurried to LOWERS as the wind started to blow. At LOWERS, the Prime Event venue next week, I saw a lot of riders riding LOST MAYHEM boards. This is WCT's Whiggolly. After that, heavy rain, which is rare in California, hit and we had to retreat. Then some good news came in! Kei won the NSSA Men's Division held at UPPPER today! He beat the guys in the highest level, not just the junior class. They were selected as the annual MENS Grand Champions! Once again they achieved an amazing result. The board is of course the LOST V2-SB . Congratulations, Kei! I hope he does well in the World Contest in Brazil, where he will represent the USA starting tomorrow. We hope you will all support us! Congratulations to Kei Kobayashi! NSSA Annual Grand Champion has been decided! http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=30879 Posted by Luvsurf on April 26, 2015

This kind of feedback is very helpful in developing new models.

This morning we had a short session as Chucky was leaving for his valet parking job in the afternoon. The beach we surfed was 54th at New Port Beach. CHUCKY is a PLACEBO 5'8" "TITAN" FLEXLITE-BOOST Nishii's radio is a PLACEBO 5'8" CQ EL-DIABLO FLEXLITE-CANDY. The wax we apply is of course the world's best performing "FU WAX" . The basics of painting are that the base coat is essential and is the lowest layer, so apply it thoroughly. On top of that, two types of "FU WAX" are applied depending on the season. The two types of "FU WAX" are: TROPICAL and WARM WARM and COOL (Today's style) COOL and COLD These three combinations are adjusted to the water temperature. Make three layers in order of *hardness* and use them wisely. To create these three layers, The lower layer, BASE, is solid and can be expressed numerically as 3. The middle layer "FU WAX" is expressed in numbers as 2 The upper layer "FU WAX" is expressed numerically as 1 I recommend a ratio like this. We recommend applying a very thin layer of top coat. The waves at New Port Beach change over time depending on the tide, with peaks appearing everywhere. When I emerged from the sea, the sun came out, It soon became cloudy again. Then, when I checked LOWERS, The building for Oakley, a sponsor of next week's WSL Prime event, was under construction. Nishii went surfing at the empty UPPERS. This morning we're playing PLACEBO's ``CONQUEST EL-DIABLO'' FLEXLITE-CANDY. Starting Sunday, he will be competing in Brazil as a member of the USA national team. RIP CURL KEI will be participating in the Grom Search World Contest. I was shown the six boards that were completed for the contest. It seems that the V2-SB model is the best. If the waves get bigger, he'd like to ride the "WHIPLASH-TB" model. I recently discovered a secret about Kei: I put five FCSII plugs in. While I don't ride them on the Quad, this kind of feedback is very helpful for Nishii in developing new models. Tomorrow is Saturday in local time, and Kei will be aiming to become the NSSA MENS class annual champion. They will be taking part in the NSSA event at UPPER. Look forward to their report! What is the basic method for applying the world's most effective "FU WAX"? The base coat is essential and forms the bottom layer, so apply it thoroughly. Then, apply two types of "FU WAX" on top depending on the season. The two types of "FU WAX" are TROPICAL and... Posted by Luvsurf on April 25, 2015

If you're looking for a Presebo that boasts flexibility that blends in with the waves!

Today we did some shooting at Trestles UPPER. I'm observing the waves while emailing Chucky, who is coming in the afternoon. The waves were like this, and today the southerly wind that was blowing yesterday had stopped, so the waves were good. Chucky appears striking his signature pose! Another PLACEBO "SHORT ROUND" FLEXLITE-BOOST! Masaki was already surfing. While Nishii was getting changed, he was catching and ripping several great sets of waves. Nishii is using PLACEBO's ``LAYZ POTATO'' FLEXLITE-BOOST ! When Nishii reached the ocean, an onshore wind started to blow. The surface of the waves was getting choppy, but "its selling point is its flexibility that blends in with the waves." With PLACEBO, you can surf at the fastest speed even on slightly rough surfaces. Even on flat waves, you can perform a roundhouse cutback smoothly like this. The PLACEBO "LAYZ POTATO" model has a wide turning tolerance when ridden in QUAD. The initial speed after takeoff is amazing, The board will spin around before it eats the rail! Nishii recommends riding the PLACEBO "LAYZ POTATO" model in QUAD! After that, we went to LOST surfboards. We are inspecting a custom order board that was received from a customer. This is SHAW's LOST SHORT ROUND II split carbon board. It's EPS and seems light and in good condition. This LOST board with carbon added like a placebo is currently under development and patent pending. So please be careful about other manufacturers copying this. Julian's "Magic Clown" is kept out of reach. I'm currently checking the progress of the boards that are slow to be completed and investigating which glass factory they are at. I have contacted them to remind them. This is the new office room at Luvsurf USA. SHAW received second-hand items from various people and coordinated them, and it's gradually coming together to look great. The staff are taking a break enjoying Japanese sweets, souvenirs from Nishii's Japan. Matcha flavors are popular. Even if the waves are rough, the PLACEBO, which is known for its flexibility that blends in with the waves, allows you to surf at full speed without any problems, even if the surface is a little rough. http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/24sblog/?p=30825 Posted by Luvsurf on April 24, 2015
