A LOST&Placebo test ride with surf shop JACK at Shizunami Beach in Shizuoka Prefecture.

Today Nishii is having a LOST&Placebo test ride with surf shop JACK on Shizunami Beach in Shizuoka Prefecture. Many people came from early in the morning. The waves look like this and are waist-high. So many people participated that the test drive point was crowded with people. Unlimited rides on Placebo's new models before they're released! The corkboard was well received today. Everyone was very interested in the MAYHEM board, which they were seeing for the first time. The new model SUB-SCHOCHER2 has been getting a lot of attention and has received positive reviews! It was so popular that you had to wait in line for a while to get on the SUB-SCHOCHER2! Today, everyone tried out FU WAX and we received feedback such as, "It's completely different from anything I've used before!", "It has amazing grip," "My hands don't slip when I take off, which is great!", and "I was skeptical when I saw it on the web and in advertisements, but the 3D grip is real!" The waves were compact and pretty good for trying out the board. The SUB-DRIVER-JP model was certainly a hit and the test rides were very popular! This is a SUB-DRIVER model. It's a Cork V2-ROCKET! It's a river mouth wave that can be ridden by both right and left snorkelers. We received feedback that the V2-ROCKET took off like a rocket. Shizunami has relatively small waves, so ORCA is also recommended. It was the first time for everyone to try FU WAX, but they all gave us positive feedback, saying that it was very stable and made it easy to paddle. After the test ride, I realized that the MAYHEM shape is completely different from the previous boards, and even though it's small, it still runs well. We immediately placed a custom order for a small board and a SUB-SCORCHER. Thank you to everyone who took part in the test drive today! Please see this as well. http://www.jack-blog.com/?p=11929

Today, Nishii held a test drive event with WATERS at Omaezaki Beach in Shizuoka Prefecture.

Today, Nishii held a test drive event with WATERS at Omaezaki Beach in Shizuoka Prefecture. Many customers from WATERS, a LOST&Placebo retailer in Shizuoka City, participated in the event. You are looking at the concave of the F1-STUB. The BEACH BUGGY and SUB-SCORCHER2 are very popular. You'll also be able to ride Placebo's LAYZ ORCA and TABLET2, which will be arriving soon! You can even try FU WAX! FISHQUEST2 was also popular. The 5'8" size is still the most popular! In the strong winds that were not ideal for the waves, we also had the opportunity to test ride the SUB-DRIVER-JP model. The wind was so strong that we couldn't set up a tent, so we just set up a flag today. This is after applying 11 bottles of FU WAX. If the grip is attached and the base is painted, We have demonstrated that it can still be used comfortably for more than 10 rounds. You can also test drive the SUB-TABLET! Now everyone wants to try BEACH BUGGY! It feels like Omaezaki! The waves weren't great because of the strong wind, but they were consistently this size. FISHQUEST2 is still popular at test ride events this year. This is what it looked like after applying 15 bottles of FU WAX. The wind was strong so we stowed the board under the car to prevent it from flying away. Everyone was surprised to experience FU WAX's 3D grip, which they had never used before. You can also test drive a corkboard! Of course, V2-ROCKET too! The SUB-SCORCHER2 is extremely popular and in high demand! The person holding the board down to prevent it from flying away is the owner of WATERS , Mr. Yamamoto. Thank you for your hard work today! Please also take a look at WATERS' blog here. http://waters-bs.com/blog/?p=3681

New Luvsurf TV: Placebo “LAYZ ORCA” Koji Nishii

Luvsurf TV:Placebo “LAYZ ORCA” Koji Nishii Rider: Koji Nishii Board used: Placebo 5'8" LAYZ ORCA FLEXLITE-TURBO FILM: Toku EDIT: Total Video Service This new model is based on the original LOST ORCA model and is made of Placebo FLEXLITE-TURBO material, but is thinner and has a grip that makes it easier to grip the rail when dolphin-dodging. This Rays Orca model is designed for even the smallest of small wave boards, with take-off performance that rivals that of a longboard, even at crowded major surf spots on weekends, allowing you to ride a large number of waves in a short amount of time and enjoy surfing. At first glance, the wide board-out design makes it look like a retro or Simmons-style board that only skilled surfers or those with good waves can ride well after takeoff, but that's not the case. The Mayhem was designed with the assumption that it would be ridden by Japanese surfers in small Japanese waves, so that anyone can easily ride it. If you surf with the LAYZ ORCA model, you can wait for waves further out even at crowded spots, so you'll never have to feel frustrated when a longboarder steals your wave. This board has a rail design that rounds the edges and positions the edges higher on the deck than usual, making it easier to control the rails of the board. See how the board accelerates quickly even when it stops while riding. [vimeo]https://vimeo.com/61405687[/vimeo]

We recently heard feedback from Kelly, who won the first WCT tournament using FU WAX!

Masato will be releasing his own lifestyle DVD through his modeling agency. Six film crew members from Japan have come to film the DVD and filming started this morning. Nishii checked out Trestles and found the waves to be small, so he went to Oceanside just like yesterday. It wasn't that bad around San Clemente, but there was fog in Oceanside. The waves are small like yesterday, so I'm using a Placebo 5'8" LAYZ ORCA model. This is the view from photographer Masuda. The size of the largest SET wave was like this. The Placebo 5'8" LAYZ ORCA model can even ride in knee-high waves. After that, we drove to H.B. and had a meeting with Paulo from FU WAX/USA. We receive many FU WAX orders from reputable retailers across the country. The product is scheduled to arrive in Tokyo from Brazil on March 18th. Brazil is far away, and shipping by sea is subject to weather conditions, which has caused delays in delivery. We apologize to all retailers who have placed orders, and ask for your patience. Please keep in mind that Paulo received feedback from Kelly, who recently won the first WCT tournament using FU WAX. If you use TROPICAL or WARM as a top coat, apply FU WAX BASE as a base coat. It seems that it is best to use FU WAX TROPICAL as a base coat for COLD and COOL.

First reveal! FCS's new "ORIGIN" fin system, which everyone started using at the first WCT round

The coastline is covered in thick fog because the seawater is cold and the air temperature is warm. The waves were finally not so small so we headed out to Oceanside. The new Placebo model, "LAYZORCA," is very useful in situations like these. Masato is riding the 5'8" TABLET II model, which he rode yesterday and loved. The wax is, of course, FU WAX. It was a small SET knee-high wave that Californians don't even surf. Masato was gaining speed and successfully performed air reverses one after another. After that we went to LOST surfboards. Placebo's PU board was a BEN B board. This is the new FCS "ORIGIN" fin system that everyone started using at the first WCT event. FCS also offers lightweight, high-performance fins. The Lucky Busters Glass board has beautiful glitter sparkles. It's a work of art that seems a shame to ride. These two are Lucky Busters Glass boards that will be sent to Luvsurf. With spring just around the corner, many boards have been completed at LOST Surfboards in California.

Photographer Masuda took photos of the four riders under clear skies. Chucky has been riding the original LOST/SUB-DRIVER-JP since last year, so I was very satisfied as I was able to rip some great waves on the familiar 5'10" TITAN. In the afternoon, I checked out the Trestles, but the swell was not so good, so This photo was taken at San Clemente Beach Break, State Park. The waves were big enough like this. Kei-kun is a 4'10" driver. Chucky is 5'10" TITAN. Masato showed off his surfing skills in "F1-STUB," aiming for barrels and air reverses. Nishii is 5'8"RNF-EVOLUTION.
