This is because it is designed not to become sluggish even when overfloat occurs. *The previous concept of appropriate buoyancy no longer applies. ■5'10" x 20.00" x 2.63" (178 x 50.8 x 6.55 cm) 60-75kg■ ■6'0" x 20.25" x 2.75" (183 x 51.4 x 7.0 cm) 70-85kg■ ■6'2" x 20.50" x 2.88" (188 x 52.0 x 7.3 cm) 80-95kg■ The prototype of the TABLET, the LOST Conquest Conquest Model, was developed by the Japanese In response to requests from over 35 years old, we are providing a service to those who feel their physical strength is declining and are worried about weight gain. For those who want to ride a shortboard while doing the same, Designed by shaper Mayhem. ▼ [Conquest] Special Page http://www.luvsurf.co.jp/camp/conqest.html ▼ [Conquest] XTR PB DD special page http://www.luvsurf.co.jo/camp/questxtr_fair.html In the seas of Japan, there are more and more longboards, so I want to catch a wave from a position like this, but I don't want to just ride the wave. This model meets the seemingly contradictory demand of wanting to decide the action. To make this unreasonable wish come true, a completely new concept was needed. I needed a board. My strength was starting to decline, especially in the crowded waters of Japan, and my weight was increasing. The number of senior surfers who are increasing is now facing this fierce battle to catch waves on the weekend. You need to win. Take off from the swell. Accelerate with fast ups. In the position where a normal short takes off, it goes into the first action and digs Even in big waves, it can be smoothly taken off and ridden, from small waves to half-over-head waves. Roundabout. This is the hope we have. Until now, people have said that retro rockets, which were popular in the 1970s, were a good option for meeting these needs. However, in the case of retro models that emphasize takeoff, When I tried it, I was able to take off, but the action required a lot of skill. Furthermore, if the water digs out or the waves get bigger, it becomes difficult to cope. And with a long funboard, the action becomes completely sluggish. Surfboard technology has evolved dramatically in the last 30 years. With the latest technology and know-how from Lost, which supplies boards to WCT surfers, It's not just a model outline, it's a completely new concept and a new board. What would happen if we created... The answer was realized, and it quickly became a hugely popular model with its genuine and reliable performance. The result was the LOST Conquest. The boards are made using Presebo's Flexlite construction method. The extra buoyancy created by the volume allows for incredible take-off speeds. This anti-gravity surfboard has completely changed the concept of proper buoyancy. It is not a flat rocker like the retro model, but a LOST Using the Shark model rocker, it doesn't pearl even in deep waves, and is lightweight. It's not a model specifically for small waves, but it's suitable for all-around use in Japan. It can accommodate up to any size. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ■World's first elevator wing and round pin squash tail■ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The world's first elevator wing, never before seen by anyone, It uses a dopin squash tail. When it's upswing, it has a round pin. It cruises smoothly and gently, and when you lean the rails, the short outline It becomes squash and shorter than the actual board length, making it easier to turn. (similar to the effect of a diamond tail) Furthermore, this elevator wall The board has a step and a strong rocker, and with this volume, You can make incredibly quick turns. The bumps in the skis help you turn faster. It acts like a tock, accurately capturing the turn point and making turns easier. The tail end of the round pin is designed with a deep double VEE concave. The fact that it is a board also helps make it easier to move around. The rails are versatile and can be used in both powerless and deep waves. It features medium round rails. ★★This name "Elevator Wing" comes from the fact that it rises and falls with each turn. It is named after the way it bends. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ■Selectable fin system■ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ You can choose between 4 fins (QUAD) and 3 fins (TRI) depending on the wave and your preference. The 5-fin system is standard equipment. If you want to make quick and sharp movements, Quad. If you want to attack with big turns in an orthodox way, choose Tri. You don't need to choose a fin system based on the size of the wave. The concept is to decide what you want to ride. You can also enjoy 5-fin surfing. The TABLET comes with five fins so you can enjoy all settings. is included. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ◆◆ The first shipment is scheduled for mid-November 2008!!! ◆◆ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ One page in color/tie-up advertisement in Surfing Life magazine, released on October 10th It will be published and will be available to the public nationwide. Learn moreLOST/FIREWIRE orders are now open! Deadline is September 30th.
First launch in Japan in December 2008. Deadline is September 30th!! 2009's newest 2 models, 4 sizes each! "FORMURA 1" and "THE STEALTH" announced!! What is LOST/FIREWIRE? FIREWIRE's FUTURE SHAPES TECHNOLOGY (FST) is designed for quick acceleration to maximum speed and tight, radical turns. The FST's unique flex, with its quick rebound (the force that tries to return to its original rocker), will ensure that the STEALTH series turns are explosive. The balsa triple-layer parabolic rail structure maintains its bounce for a long time. FST parabolic balsa rails, triple density EPS core and cutting edge composite construction provide excellent durability and rapid rebound flex from start to finish of the turn. ★FORMURA 1 ¥168,000 (excluding tax) / ¥176,400 (including tax) Tri-fin/FCS plug Three lightweight honeycomb core fins are standard equipment. The "Formula 1" is inspired by the fundamental principles of F1 car racing: the perfect combination of speed and turning. Everything I've learned from 20 years of shaping experience, as well as influences from the shapers and surfers I've worked with around the world, has been poured into the F1, with consideration given to the perfect combination of drive and glide when shaping arcs and taking tight, radical turns. The F1 features all the high-performance elements of our SD series, Whiplash, and Psycho Ward designs. It's a simple, modern, stripped-down, high-performance shortboard. And now, FST technology is built into that design! 5'11" x 18 1/4" x 2 3/16" (180 x 46.3 x 5.55 cm) 6' 1" x 18 1/2" x 2 5/16" (185 x 47.0 x 5.85 cm) 6' 3" x 19" x 2 1/2" (188 x 48.3 x 6.35 cm) 6' 5" x 19 1/2" x 2 11/16" (190 x 49.5 x 6.85 cm) ★THE STEALTH ¥178,000 (excluding tax) / ¥186,900 (including tax) 5 fins/FCS plug Comes standard with five lightweight honeycomb core fins. The "Stealth" series is a hybrid design that offers high performance and, disguised as a pointed nose, hides a secret weapon...the structure of LOST's "Rocket" has been formalized. Team riders (pros) have been amazed and excited by the feel of the Rocket in small waves, but have been unable to use it in contests because judges have a negative impression of the Rocket. At the same time, average surfers (bros) continued to ask, "I want to ride a shortboard that rides like the Rocket, a board with a pointy nose outline." The combination of strong tail rocker and deep concave lifts the board. It allows for unprecedented radical turns. The board has a full, pointed nose as usual, and an extremely low entry rocker, allowing it to perform at speeds like a fish. With full rails and a wide tail, this board is designed to help anyone do whatever they want with ease. 5'10" x 19" x 2 1/4" (180 x 48.3 x 5.7 cm) 6' 0" x 19 1/2" x 2 5/16" (183 x 49.5 x 5.85 cm) 6' 2" x 20" x 2 9/16" (188 x 50.8 x 6.4 cm) 6' 4" x 20 1/2" x 2 11/16" (193 x 52.0 x 6.4 cm) More detailed information about FUTURE SHAPES TECHNOLOGY (FST). ■ Structure and ride feel The EPS foam, high density foam, and parabolic balsa rails are compressed (like a futon compressor) into a single composite. The epoxy resin is then laminated, and the board is left to fully harden in a room at approximately 60°C (with the temperature and humidity kept constant). Due to the nature of epoxy, if the temperature and humidity are not kept constant during this process, the board will yellow and will not fully harden. At Firewire's factories, temperature and humidity are kept constant 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Finally, just like traditional boards, they are laminated and sanded by hand. It's an analogue ride feel recreated using cutting-edge digital technology. Firewire boards are surfboards that incorporate cutting edge technology while combining the best of traditional FRP and EPS boards. ■ Characteristics of Barça The Balsa rails on both sides of the board, a feature of Firewire, provide excellent repetitive force against lateral twisting. The resulting flex during the turn is stored as the energy needed for speed, and when turning, the board tries to return to its original rocker. The energy is released with such force that it allows for unprecedented speed and extended turn. This speed and responsiveness feels like an arrow being shot from a bow. ■ Center plug EPS foam has a tendency for the air inside it to try to escape, which can lead to it exploding in an airplane where the air pressure fluctuates greatly. However, the Firewire comes standard with a "center plug" that automatically adjusts the air volume and pressure inside the board, so the ideal air volume and pressure are always maintained without the user having to open or close the valve. The inside of the valve is covered with GORETEX, allowing air to pass through while completely shutting out water. *Please do not tamper with this plug. Also, since the board itself is breathing, do not put stickers or anything else on top of the plug. ■ Durability/weight The "dual density" EPS core, made with a new foam manufacturing process, is lighter than conventional polyurethane boards and 5-10 times more durable. However, not all boards are blindly lightweight; each board size is individually weighted to its optimum. ■ Environmental friendliness Firewire boards are also environmentally friendly, having been recognized by EURO-SIMA (a European environmental organization). While traditional boards require workers to wear masks, Firewire boards do not. This demonstrates their environmental friendliness; in numerical terms, traditional boards generate over 50 times more harmful substances than Firewire boards. ■ Different from other parabolic stringers What sets it apart from other boards is its three-ply construction, which improves the fatigue of the balsa material and allows it to reproduce the same flex and ride feel as a new balsa board for a longer period of time. ■ Firewire Surfboards warranty card - The warranty period is three months from the date of purchase, and we will determine whether or not the warranty applies. ・The warranty covers defects caused by phenomena specific to epoxy boards. Accidental damage or leaving the film in a hot place such as inside a car during the day may cause the film to peel off and are therefore not covered by the warranty. - Any tickets that do not have the dealer's seal (dealer's information section) will be invalid. - After purchase, please keep the warranty card and any receipts that prove your purchase in a safe place. When returning the board, please include the warranty card (with the receipt and proof of purchase date attached). ■ What precautions should I take when handling Firewire? For longevity (as with polyurethane boards), we recommend keeping your surfboard away from heat as much as possible. Also, leaving it in a car during the day or in other places that get very hot (over 60°C/140°F) can cause peeling and void the warranty. *What is the plug in the center of the front deck? The core breathes through the plug to prevent expansion due to temperature and pressure changes and to reduce pressure. The plug incorporates a GORE-TEX layer. This allows air to escape but prevents water from seeping in. Do not adjust the plug or apply wax or stickers over the plug. If the board is damaged Remove the board from the water promptly to prevent water absorption and allow it plenty of time to dry. You can repair your board with any store-bought epoxy resin (do not use polyurethane resin). As with any surfboard repair, allow the damage to dry completely before proceeding. *Isn't the Firewire too light for windy conditions? It's the perfect weight without compromising performance or strength. Through extensive research and development, we've determined that the FIREWIRE's current weight is optimal to ensure consistent drive in all conditions while enhancing all the obvious benefits of a lightweight surfboard. *Which board should I choose based on FIREWIRE dimensions? We recommend riding on a board with the same dimensions as your current polyurethane board - the difference in buoyancy is negligible and does not require any adjustments to length, thickness or width. LOST.TV Still only 12 years old, Ian Gentel is good! Check out the two movies. What is this surfing thing about when you're only 12 years old? A boy from Maui, Hawaii, riding Lost's Mayhem Shape. In the under 12 class of the US surf contest, He was also the champion in 2007 and 2008. He is a surfer who I am looking forward to seeing in five years. We are looking forward to Ian Gentel's future!
Learn moreNishii arrived in San Clemente.
Nishii arrived in San Clemente. If your flight is delayed or you are on your way from LAX to San Clemente, We made detours to a camera shop and a food market, and by the time we arrived in San Clemente, the sun was starting to set. So, I hurried off to surf at Trestle. When I checked the lower section, it was extremely crowded with WCT athletes. There are some great waves breaking, breaking left and right just like in the picture. The size has increased steadily from yesterday to today. It seems that there will be waves during next week's WCT as well. Even here in San Clemente, there are people who drive high-performance and durable Presebo bikes. It's increasing every year. I did some light surfing on the upper section. The waves were nice and smooth. When the sun goes down, the colors become so beautiful, it's very California-like. Tomorrow I have an exhibition in San Diego.
Learn moreThe research of the world's leading top shapers never stops.
As one of the world's leading top shapers, Mayhem's research never stops. Mayhem is also reportedly testing out some new material. According to Mayhem, this suspicious blue-colored surfboard is It's called Hydroflex It's apparently made in Germany. There are many indecipherable numbers and letters written on it. There is also something written on the tail. The blue foam is bead-like like EPS, and epoxy resin fills the gaps between the beads. It has excellent strength, a hard and strong surface, and just the right amount of flexibility. Since there is no stringer, it follows the outline of the rail. Four lines are carved into the deck and two into the bottom. It also has a parabolic structure. Like the previous material called COIL, it is compressed by a machine and epoxy is applied. Apparently it's glass laminated, so it can be completed without sanding. Of course, I'll be testing it from now on.
Learn moreI took a close-up of the air vent hole in the XTR.
I took a close-up of the air vent hole in the XTR. This air vent hole allows air to escape when the board gets too hot. Its role is to release gas generated from the foam to the outside. The deck has two rows of rails and two rows of rails in the center. The bottom has numerous holes along both rails. XTR foam is the only blank that does not absorb water, so You can drill holes. The board almost never absorbs water and becomes heavy while using it. It's a long-life board that can be used for an amazingly long period of time. If you haven't tried the XTR yet, be sure to give it a try! Regarding the XTR, Nishii's personal board COMP-4 model XTR PB specification has arrived. The size of the White Rail XTR Parabolic is 5'9" x 18.25" x 2.13" (175 x 46.3 x 5.4 cm). I ordered it at 5'10" long, but it came out at 5'9". Mayhem is a global trend in surfboard sizes. They said they shortened the length and adjusted the dimensions to make it wider. The thickness of the standard board is usually 5.1 or 5.25cm. This time, 5.4cm is thicker than usual. As for the thickness, I decided to make it thicker because paddling has become difficult since I turned 40. The fins are standard QUAD, but I would also like to try TRI. 5 fin/FCS-FUSION plug. I'm looking forward to riding it!
