Nishii reports from SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA.

Nishii reports from SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA. This is a rack of LOST surfboards. The boards are rearranged every time I take a photo. Orders from Japanese customers are filled out on special red order sheets. Recently, the "SHORT ROUND" model has been by far the most popular custom order . Kolohe's used board length was 6'6". With this length and round pintail, it's a board for big waves. This personal board with black and white rails is from Mason Ho. This is Nishii's 5'5" personal test board that was completed today. The board material is EFC by HydroFlex. This will be my second test board, so I'll provide more details about the board size and riding feel at a later date! Posted by Luvsurf .

First impressions: The RIP CURL SEARCH GPS Smartwatch was very easy to use!

First, I thought I'd charge it, but when I took it out of the box, it was already about 80% charged. There are only three buttons, so if you're good with machines, you should be able to operate it without looking at the instruction manual. The operation was very easy. By pressing and holding the only button on the left side, it will search the GPS and automatically set the time, location, and tide. Just press the "START SURFING" button before you start paddling. It will record your movements while you surf until you get out of the water and press the "END SURF" button. I found out when I used it for the first time that what it records is: *Number of waves caught and riding trajectory * Maximum speed and distance for each wave *Paddled distance and trajectory *Session time In addition to this, data is linked from wave information, It records the tide, wave size, wind direction and strength of the session. On the screen while surfing, *Number of waves caught *Maximum speed * Paddling distance *Session time This alone was so much fun! Unlike the usual post-surfing routine, I was excited and looking forward to When you get out of the water, press the "SYNC NOW" button to transfer the data to your iPhone via Bluetooth. Being able to see all the data on my iPhone. ↑This is the screen (Android is currently under development) On your PC, you can log in with your ID and password and enjoy the game even more on such a large PC screen. Today's session by Nishii is, 1:36 Surfing, Riding 16 waves, The maximum speed is 25 km 174m is the longest ride, I had traveled 6.6km, The total paddle distance was 5.4km. There was also this function. This is the trajectory of movement, not riding. You can see the movement over time as a trajectory. You can slide through time to see where they entered the ocean, caught the waves, paddled and rode! You can see that Nishii pressed the "START SURFING" button at the beach where the white line begins. This is also a feature I only discovered after using it. As you can see in the screen above, it also records the distance and speed of each ride. that's why! The fastest ride was the second one. I don't usually remember that my best long ride was the 12th one. When it's saved as data like this, it helps you remember it. Please see the size comparison with the Nixon I've been using. It's a little big, but that's because it has no frame and the screen is large. It's only slightly thick, so you won't be bothered by the size while surfing! Even though I have a small wrist, there are still plenty of holes in the belt, so Female surfers can also use it with confidence. From the app screen, Posting to social media is just one touch away! If you want this smartwatch, before you buy it, you can use it on your iPhone or PC. If you download the following app, you can follow people who have it and check out its features. http://searchgps.ripcurl.com/#/watch First of all, please follow Nishii and have fun. http://searchgps.ripcurl.com/#/profile/54573a565001c08d46fd64e5 Starting around November 20th, we plan to release footage of Nishii surfing in Taiwan! A self-painted surfboard design that LOUISTH would love to emulate.

Check out the techniques used by guest designer LOST Surfboards' "Lois." These are board designs that Kolohe Andino self-painted after being inspired by Royce. This is the board designed and painted by Lois. You can tell who painted each board just by looking at it! It was a self-painted surfboard design that I would like to use as a model for "LOUISTH." New Luvsurf TV: LOST 『WHIPLASH-TB』 Taji Burrow Hurley Pro 2014@Trestles

Luvsurf TV : LOST 『WHIPLASH-TB』 Taji Burrow Hurley Pro 2014@Trestles Rider: Taji Burrow Board used: LOST MAYHEM "WHIPLASH-TB" FILM:Koji Nishii EDIT: TABRIGADE FILM This is a surf clip of Taj Burrow at LOWERS. In Japan, waves of this size do not occur unless a typhoon comes. Taji is using this "WHIPLASH-Taj Burrow" model instead of a beach buggy. Please take Taji's twisting of the upper body as an example. The full power kick at the top is Taji's signature turn, recognized worldwide. From this bottom turn He also has excellent physical ability to recover from such positions. He kicks the waves harder than the other surfers and it feels like he's destroying them. There is a size, and in Japan it is about the size of a typhoon surfing. For serious wave conditions that will put a serious look on your face, we recommend the LOST MAYHEM "WHIPLASH-TB" model! [vimeo]https://vimeo.com/109992862[/vimeo] Posted by Luvsurf .

New Luvsurf TV: MAYHEM "DRIVER" POLYESTER ADAM MELLING Hurley Pro 2014@Trestles

Luvsurf TV: MAYHEM "DRIVER" POLYESTER ADAM MELLING Hurley Pro 2014@Trestles Rider: Adam Melling Board used: MAYHM 5'10" 『DRIVER』POLYESTER FILM: Koji Nishii EDIT: TABRIGADE FILM Adam Melling, 29, from Australia, has been improving his power turn year by year through training. He loves the 5'10" DRIVER model and always brings it to Mayhem. We keep getting orders for the exact same board in the same length and model. Apparently, you can get the most out of a board by continuing to ride the same model and size. If you are interested in competing, you might want to try imitating the things that top athletes do. I've been training and my thighs are thick, so I take out my fins when the waves are in this position. It remains stable even when performing slide turns. Take a look at the photo illustrating a carving turn with timing diagrams of 1, 2, 3. First, this bottom turn. This is important. Squat down as low as possible. Focusing on the inside of the rail, sink the board into the water to create tension. Release the tension as the board heads towards the top. 2 is rail switching. When switching rails at this top position, step on the tail. Open both arms and place your left hand on the inside downwards to act as the axis of rotation. First, turn the board by imagining twisting your upper body, then your lower body. The board doesn't need to pop out of the wave like an off-the-lip. The angle shown in this photo is fine for a steep face. 3 is a twist of the body. This is the twisting body position! Remember to twist in the following order: arms → upper body → waist → lower body!
