Presebo surfboards are made using a different material called FLEXLITE-TURBO. It is made of a strong composite material that won't fade in the sun, and is a surfboard from another brand of LOST design. It means "placebo." It's a name that suits MAYHEM, who loves twisted jokes. This mark with a P inside a circle was the original mark and was used for three years from 2006 to 2008. This capsule mark was adopted in 2009, Since 2010, instead of this Present Man robot mark, The same MAYHEM mark as LOST is now used. In 2012, the black capsule mark was added. Nishii is planning to go to CALIFORNIA next time in mid-September. This year marks the 25th anniversary of Mayhem starting to shape boards at their current surfboard factory in San Clemente. We are planning an event to exhibit all the boards we have shaped so far. I was contacted to bring this "Hot Rod Board" that was on display at Love Surf's clothing store to the event. The light still comes on. The shape is of course Mayhem and the decoration is Drew. It's heavy and I'm afraid it might break, but I'll try my best to carry it. Since it will be held during the ASP event period, it is likely to attract attention from the surfing industry around the world. Stay tuned for a report on the event!
